My next novel The Stone Road, the writing of which has been a long road indeed, is slated for publication in March 2022.
I'm very proud of this book. It is a novel of grandmothers, granddaughters, monsters, and the grumbling, mumbling dead.
I've lived with these characters and this world for over a decade, and I'm really excited to share them and their secrets with you.
There's going to be a hardcover edition published in the UK and US, and a paperback edition published in Australia, which means the world to me, because I really wanted an affordable edition available here. (Hardcover plus exchange rate, does not a cheap book make)
