Workshops for Adults
I enjoy teaching writing workshops with a focus on characterisation and world building or even the process of writing itself.
I am exercise focused with a firm belief that writers learn as much from doing as listening.
With thirty plus years experience in the business, I am also comfortable teaching industry workshops looking at the business of being a writer, and what a career in writing fiction may look like.
My preference is for 3 hour workshops for adults.
Workshops for Younger Writers
I have written and won awards across genres and ages and been published by Text, Lothian, Larrikin, Erewhon, Orbit, Angry Robot and Penguin.
I can teach editing fiction, characterisation, world building, writing picture books or graphic novels, and even the lifecycle of a book.
